Dallas Love Field Aviation Administration Conference Facilities

The City of Dallas Department of Aviation offers the following meeting spaces: Conference Room A and the Multipurpose Conference Facility.

Conference Room A

Conference Room A is located in the Main Terminal on the 2nd level. It seats a maximum of 40 in theater style and maximum of 20 board room style with additional seating. This conference room rents for $65.00 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours. Daily rate is $250.00.

Dallas Love Field Multipurpose Conference Center

Spacious 7, 160 square feet, Seats 200, Low room rate, low parking rates, functional lighting, onsite catering, with a spectacular view of airport.

Parking

Users should park in the airport's garages (appropriate fees will apply) or their designated parking spaces and gain access to the area from the main lobby. No separate parking facilities will be made available for this space.
